Our client is a long established world-class consulting and project management consultancy firm that provides design, development and project life-cycle delivery management services that specializes in critical facilities setup.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop business opportunities in Data Center industry which include infrastructure solutioning and Maintenance Services.
- Follow-up with customers and partners to ensure a timely renewal of Maintenance Services Contracts.
- Providing professional advice to customers who have problems with their current setup. This include recommending new Products and Services.
- Consistently manage account sales pipeline information, ensuring timely communication of forecast and accurate changes to customer buying plans
- Build and develop trusted relationships with clients.
- Own, drive and manage an execution plan with consultants and partners.
- Create business proposals, negotiate terms and contracts to successful closure.
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or related field.
- 3 years’ experience in sales preferable related to Data Centre equipment and Maintenance Services.
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
- Business communication, leadership and project management skills.
- Vendor relationship and negotiating skills.
- Technical proficiency with a passion for technology.
- Close engagement with consultants on managing projects deliveries.
- Responsible and accountable for tender preparation and submission.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
