Oversee and manage all operational activities of the forwarding company, including freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing, and customer service.
Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency and improve service quality.
Lead and motivate a team of operations staff to achieve company objectives and targets.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
Provide leadership and guidance to resolve operational issues and customer concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on operational performance, trends, and strategic initiatives
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
Experience in newly setup is an added advantage
