Our client is the leading Japanese manufacturer of compressor, they are now seeking an experienced Assistant Service Manager (Air Compressor) to oversee their after-sales operations in KL branch office. The ideal candidate that we are looking must have a strong background in machinery sales and service, particularly in air compressor systems.
Location to work: Shah Alam, Selangor
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all after-sales operations, ensuring efficient service delivery
Lead and supervise a team of engineers, providing guidance and support in their daily activities
Execute the company strategic, direction for after-sales services, achieving KPI related to sales, profit and customer care
Maintain strong relationship with customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly
Collaborate effectively with suppliers to ensure timely parts and service supports
Evaluate and monitor the performance of engineers, providing feedback and opportunities for improvement
Continuously seek to enhance the working environment and operational process
Job Requirements:
Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
More than 10 years of relevant experience in industries providing machinery sales and service
Strong management skills, with experience leading technical teams
Excellent management skills, with experience leading technical teams
Understanding of technology and applications in after-sales service
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in Malay and English
