ABOUT THE JOB
One of the foreign banks is looking for experienced operational risker in managing and mitigating risks that could impact the bank’s operation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifying potential operational risks and assessing their impact on the bank’s processes and systems.
- Mitigate identified risks, ensuring that the bank’s operations remain secure and compliant
- Updating policies and procedures to manage operational risks effectively.
- Ensuring that the bank complies with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Responding to operational risk incidents, investigating their causes, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Preparing regular reports on operational risk status and presenting them to senior management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in operational risk.
- With Bank Risk Management (BRM) certification would be added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good business writing skills.
