This role plays a crucial part within the Sales Operations organization, collaborating closely with Channel Sales and Distributors to enhance partner engagement and operational efficiency.
Main Responsibilities for Channel Sales Operations Analyst:
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to lead and execute various business processes and programs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize business processes, enhancing productivity and ease of engagement with channel partners.
- Maintain and analyze metrics and reports to gauge the health of channel business, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
- Offer subject matter expertise and training to internal team members and external channel partners.
- Define, develop, and ensure compliance with global channel policies and procedures.
- Document business processes, policies, and procedures.
Key Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in Business, Sales/Marketing, or Finance.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese-Mandarin (oral and written); additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data manipulation and analysis.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail; project management experience is beneficial.
- Effective prioritization, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and focused on high performance.
- Ability to make independent decisions and manage time efficiently.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Emphasis on quality and a "do it right the first time" mentality.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/CRM systems and visualization tools is advantageous.
- Technical aptitude to quickly learn new software tools.
- Experience in channel, distribution, or sales team environments, with knowledge of the IT and Semiconductor Industry, is preferred.
