Our client a leading private equity and venture capital firm, currently seeking talent as
a Corporate Finance Manager as part of their strategic growth team to lead and support the expansion of their presence in the US, UK, MENA and SEA regions.
This position plays a crucial role in discovering and implementing strategic initiatives, obtaining
funding, and fostering business expansion across various regions and would require frequent
travel.
Job Responsibilities
Partner with the CEO to identify and pursue new market opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, and strategic alliances.
Design and implement financial models and strategies to facilitate market entry and expansion in targeted regions.
Obtain funding through various channels such as debt, equity, or alternative financing to support growth initiatives.
Perform comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
Oversee the development of financial forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, and corporate partners.
Ensure adherence to local regulations and governance standards in all operating markets.
Job Requirements
Demonstrated experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or strategic financial management.
Proficiency in financial modelling, valuation, and business planning.
Deep understanding of global markets, particularly in the US, UK, MENA, and Southeast Asia.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively represent the company and engage with stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a focus on driving growth and achieving results.
Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to diverse business cultures.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
