Company and Job Overview
Our client a leading private equity and venture capital firm, currently seeking talent as 
a Corporate Finance Manager as part of their strategic growth team to lead and support the expansion of their presence in the US, UK, MENA and SEA regions.


This position plays a crucial role in discovering and implementing strategic initiatives, obtaining 
funding, and fostering business expansion across various regions and would require frequent 
travel.


Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CEO to identify and pursue new market opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, and strategic alliances.

  • Design and implement financial models and strategies to facilitate market entry and expansion in targeted regions.

  • Obtain funding through various channels such as debt, equity, or alternative financing to support growth initiatives.

  • Perform comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Oversee the development of financial forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to ensure alignment with company objectives.

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, and corporate partners.

  • Ensure adherence to local regulations and governance standards in all operating markets.


Job Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or strategic financial management.

  • Proficiency in financial modelling, valuation, and business planning.

  • Deep understanding of global markets, particularly in the US, UK, MENA, and Southeast Asia.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively represent the company and engage with stakeholders.

  • Strategic thinker with a focus on driving growth and achieving results.

  • Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to diverse business cultures.

  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
