Our client is a MNC in the FMCG (Beverages) industry. As part of their business expansion, they are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager, based at Subang Jaya.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ecommerce strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Manage and oversee ecommerce operations, including website design and development, order fulfillment, and customer service.
- Analyze ecommerce data and metrics to identify areas of improvement and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and supply chain, to ensure seamless ecommerce operations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company’s ecommerce strategies remain competitive.
- Develop and manage the ecommerce budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
- Oversee the development and implementation of ecommerce marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and advertising.
- Drive ecommerce sales and revenue growth through effective merchandising and product assortment strategies.
- Ensure the ecommerce site is user-friendly, intuitive, and optimized for search engines.
- Manage relationships with ecommerce vendors and service providers, ensuring the company receives the best possible service and support.
Job Requirements:
- At least a bachelor’s degree in Business Admin/Management/Other Relevant Studies.
- Experience working with an ecommerce platform/a deep understanding of ecommerce trends is a must for this role.
- Intermediate Excel Skills and Power Point Skills are an added advantage
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.

- Able to work under pressure to meet deadline, able to work independently and coordinate well in a team
