We are currently seeking a Facilities Assistant Manager to join their esteemed organization.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Ensure compliance with government bodies i.e, Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia, TNB, Bomba, Machinery Department, DOE, JBA, DOSH, etc.
- Train and lead others to perform preventive maintenance functions and standards and minimize the services of outside contractors.
- Coordinate service provided by external contractors to service and maintain for air conditioning firefighting system, air compressor, cooling tower, water pump, and vacuum pump whenever necessary.
- Assure and inspect machines or equipment conditions daily to ensure they are effective and safe.
- Work closely with the production department to achieve department goals, minimize machine downtime, smooth operations and improve cost efficiency.
- Assist with project management of all related building changes and expansions, including modification/ improvements to the building system
- Conduct auditing including Safety/ISO Internal Audit
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Preferable chargeman B0 or chargeman A4 and degree in electrical certification
- At least 3 years experience in related field
- Managing manpower
- Able to manage vendor/suppliers
- Good in time management and communication skills
- Strong knowledge in Electrical system
