A rapidly growing semiconductor company in advanced packaging, seeking talents for their engineering team due to business expansion.
Job Responsibilities
Set up and commission new machine installations at customer’s side
Understand client expectations and provide technical feedback and failure analysis from customer side to R&D and Engineering Department, provide aligned solutions to meet client satisfaction
Monitor/track major projects and perform technical presentations to customers
Answer technical question and provide solutions to customers for application of machines
Monitor machine performance regularly and perform data mining and analysis to provide recommendations for improvement
Manage the machine performance data on key customer and drive for improvement before the issue being escalated
Travelling would be needed to fulfil job responsibilities
Work overtime when needed to complete tasks or breakdown support
Job Requirements
Possess at least a Professional Certificate or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical)/Computer Engineering/Physics/ Applied Science/ Mechatronics or equivalent
Be able to travel within Vietnam and SEA region, as per assigned by Superior
Experience in handle low and high UPH Die Sorting Platform with Vision Inspection
Semiconductor working experience in similar position is preferable
Must possess own transport
Microsoft Office, Excel & Power Point skills
Professional working proficiency in Vietnamese and English is required
