Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations and administration of the accounting department.
- Take charge of overall responsibilities for accounting and tax matters, including management reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Prepare and submit the quarterly consolidation package, review financial reports from the outsourced accounting provider, and actively participate in annual audits.
- Lead and contribute to new business operations projects and the implementation of ERP systems.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a degree in accounting or relevant professional accounting qualifications.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 3-5 years of pertinent accounting experience, preferably as a finance manager or team lead.
- Experience in auditing and supervision would be advantageous. Familiarity with SAP is preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Candidates with experience in ERP implementation and project management will be given preference.
