An international retail company is looking for a Cafe Operations Supervisor to oversee the operation of their franchise cafes. This is an office-based position, following office working hours with hybrid work arrangements.
Job Description:
Development of cafe menus and operational training for franchise stores
Development of food menu as main focus
Negotiation of quality and purchase price with pastry OEM supplier
Checking and training in store operations
Meeting with the franchisor together with the café team
Requirements:
Any experience working in a restaurant/cafe, or managing kitchen staff in a restaurant/cafe, or experience in developing restaurant/cafe menus.
Independent, able to think and act by themself.
Team player with good communication skills.
