A retail company in Malaysia is looking for an Operations Manager to be part of their team. You will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of company operations including strategic business planning, SOP improvements and financial analysis.
Main responsibilities of the Head of Operations role:
Oversee all aspects of the business operations and implement operational improvements to drive greater efficiency.
Analyse, refine and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure they remain relevant, sustainable, and impactful.
Tackle unforeseen challenges with immediate actions and come up with long-term strategies to mitigate future risks.
Evaluate and monitor financial performance to ensure that operational adjustments and SOP implementations align with and support the company’s financial goals.
Make strategic decisions that balance cost-efficiency with operational effectiveness, targeting for overall financial health and growth.
Job Requirements:
MALAYSIAN ONLY.
Hold a bachelor's degree or above.
Min 5 years of experience in operational leadership within the retail or service industries, overseeing multiple outlets.
Strong leadership qualities and decision-making capabilities.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, proven by a history of effective operational enhancement.
Profound financial insight, adept in budget management, cost efficiency strategies, and financial analysis.
