Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the less-than-truckload (LTL) transportation services. This role involves strategic planning, operational management, and ensuring the efficient and cost-effective delivery of goods
Job Responsibilities
Build Overland’s LTL network into the dominant network with widest coverage and frequency
Define/enhance operational specs of product, such as documentation cut offs, lodge in cut offs, etc.
Develop differential/dynamic pricing with the supporting processes and systems to support implementation.
Monitoring capacity utilisation, and work closely with sales and customer services teams to ensure timely and accurate communication of availability capacity. Work with sales and customer services teams to make tactical commercial decisions to maximize utilisation
Forecasting of required capacity to COO/FTL team.
Set up and enforce LTL processes, such as hub processes (cargo lodge in, load planning, cargo loading, etc.)
Job Requirement
More than 10 years of experience in air cargo or sea LCL operations, logistics, capacity planning, or a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Experience in handling global team has added advantage
