ERP Executive
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or related IT courses
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working with ERP / Accounting system
- Experience with ERP system implementation is an added advantage
- Basic understanding of accounts payable and receivable
- Good in planning, organising and time management to meet deadlines
- Good problem solving skills
- Meticulous, patient, helpful and customer oriented
- Able to work independently, fast learner, and result oriented
- Flexible and able to adapt to changes in a fast paced environment
- Able to communication well in English and Bahasa Melayu
Job responsibilities:
- Attend to the ERP system queries receive from users and coordinate with the ERP helpdesk for resolutions
- Handle the data entry and documentation to ensure accuracy and reliability of records
- Manage vendor registration and asset application processing
- Liaise with vendors or technical supports to resolve the computer and printer problems
- Liaise with IT vendors for ordering and delivery of IT products
- Monitor and manage the annual renewal of IT assets and agreements
- Manage and maintain an effective filing system for the IT Department
- Undertake adhoc or any other assignment related to IT, as and when required
