MANUFACTURING & PROCESS IMPROVEMENT ENGINEER (SENIOR)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• In charge of handling Manufacturing Projects including design, engineering calculations and development of production equipment, processes and tooling.

• To implement process improvement and cost optimization solutions as well as identifying potential areas for manufacturing automations.

• To prepare technical reports, graphs, planning layouts, and summaries designed to communicate project progress or results.

• To perform engineering related plannings as well as compile technical documentations.

• To identify, analyze, and propose solutions for routine and non-routine issues within manufacturing scope. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Possesses Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, Industrial Automation or equivalent.

• Have at least 5 years of working experience in Engineering roles in Manufacturing Industries, involvement in process & cost improvement projects as well as factory automation projects would be added advantage.

• Strong problem-solving and innovation skills pertaining to manufacturing equipments & processes.
