A multinational medical company specializing in high-quality hospital and home care products is seeking a highly motivated Sales (Country Lead) to expand their business into the government sector.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans and growth strategies for hospitals, homecare, distributors, and other accounts.
Develop corporate business development strategies and plans.
Manage distribution and channel planning, as well as leading the sales programs and marketing initiatives.
Oversee inventory requirements and manage revenue and budgets.
Perform market visits and conduct market intelligence and research.
Manage sales and promotional budgets while overseeing the company's profit and loss.
Job Requirements
Bachelor in Science or Medical related field is a must.
At least 5 years of working experience in medical equipment industry or healthcare institution.
Experience for direct sales of medical equipment to government hospitals, with strong relation with KOLs of Government health care sector.
A good team player with excellent professional interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented and capable of working independently.
Must be able to travel extensively.
