Job Responsibilities:
Understand and manage factory procurement needs according to company policies.
Follow up on shipments and ensure timely entry into the warehouse system.
Arrange and monitor supplier schedules.
Organize deliveries to customers and issue invoices.
Address quality issues and handle insurance claims.
Participate in monthly stock counts and submit reports.
Job Requirements:
Basic Excel skills (intermediate preferred).
Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Malay due to the market support.
High energy and a sense of urgency; able to work quickly and accurately.
Knowledge of purchasing or logistics is a plus.
Ability to adapt to changes and improve processes.
