Job Description:
- Provide smooth and efficient support for order fulfillment activities, including order issuance, tracking, shipping, and ensuring all paperwork and contracts are accurate and complete.
- Act as the single point of contact for all order fulfillment requests and issues.
Manage the customer order management section to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Supply Chain or related disciplines.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Working knowledge of entire order management process and shipment documentation
- Proficient in MS Office applications, in particular MS Excel and SAP
- Independent and possess initiative
Good interpersonal and communication skills with a positive mindset
