JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In charge of overseeing the overall planning, feasibility analysis, budgeting, and management of a project's development.
Diagnose key issues at the project's inception to create a comprehensive work plan, including project scope, timelines, priority tasks, and individual responsibilities.
Retain strong communication and strategic partnership with government agencies, local authorities, consultants, and contractors to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.
Possess experience in managing large-scale township developments, including land protection, zoning regulations, and the application process for development permits.
Conduct thorough reviews of professional fees and design submissions by consultants, and assist in the selection and recommendation of the consultant team.
Develop a detailed product and design brief that outlines the specific design requirements for architects, interior designers, and landscape architects.
Collaborate with Project Management, Contracts Department, and consultants to review design development, tender documents, and construction drawings.
Provide support and attend site visits and inspections during construction to ensure the quality of workmanship and coordination of design on-site.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor Degree in Architecture or relevant Professional Qualification in related field
Minimum 7 years of working experience in property development ideally township
Well-versed with statutory regulations & laws, Authorities guidelines relating to property development.
