Product Development Engineer
A fast-growing multinational company specializes in the development of cutting-edge analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits (ICs) tailored for the power supply market is expanding their engineering team. You will be a key part of helping the business to identify challenges to growth as it expands market share in Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for support of existing products in production and the transition of new products to volume production.
- Focus on product expansion to different fabrication sites.
- Responsibilities include product characterization, product qualification, yield analysis, and yield improvement.
- Interface with various technical and production groups and includes leading projects, teams, and individuals as well as the development of project schedules.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master's Degree, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Test Product Engineering (NPI/Sustaining) experience
- Experience supporting automated test equipment, wafer sort and final test
- Experience with CMOS basics and device physics, including BiCMOS, preferably analog / power electronics IC knowledge
- Experience with yield analysis software/database (JMP, Spotfire)
- Familiarity with reliability testing, methodologies, basic failure analysis principles and techniques, automated test equipment, wafer sort and final test
- Hands on experience with high voltage, high power testing is a plus
- Bench setups and evaluation of semiconductors experience is desired
