Our client is an award winning, rapidly expanding, licensed Multi-Asset CFD Broker is seeking a driven and dynamic Product Development Specialist to join their expert team based in Kuala Lumpur.
Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with global teams to develop new products.
Oversee the complete delivery cycle of product features, including customer and internal roll-out.
Manage the social trading platform.
Analyze data to evaluate product performance and suggest improvements.
Gather user feedback and incorporate it into product enhancements.
Review market research and sales data to ensure product viability and competitiveness.
Monitor user behavior and trends, and respond accordingly.
Ensure the development process adheres to schedules and timelines.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field.
Over 1 year of experience in a Product Development role.
Experience in the CFDs industry is essential.
Familiarity with FXBO CRM and Brokeree products is advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
Proactive, self-driven, and excellent at time management, organization, and planning.
