Purchasing Executive
New specialist and day surgery centre located at heart of Penang is seeking dynamic candidates to join the team
Job Responsibilities
Handle full cycle of purchasing process which includes evaluation & comparing of medical instruments/devices or consumables
Oversees daily operational purchasing activities for centre and corporate office
Verify items purchased and update into the inventory system
Ensure invoice amount are in accordance to quotation prior to preparing of payment to suppliers
Manage and lead annual stock inventory audit with nursing team
Job Requirements
At least 3 years' relevant experience in purchasing for healthcare industry
Possess strong negotiation and influencing skills
Independently manage purchasing activities
