· At least 1-2 years of working experience in Manufacturing field.
· Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office.
· Advantage working experience in food industry
Job Description
1. Responsible to ensure certification and compliance on ISO9001; FSSC 22000; HACCP ; GMP+ FSA and EFfCI GMP
2. Creating or Inculcating awareness of quality and food/feed safety system.
3. Lead investigation for customer complaints and monitor completion of corrective actions as per target for. respective business areas.
4. Verification corrective actions implementation its effectiveness
5. To provide training to shop floor employees on HACCP & GMP as per training schedule
6. To drive for improvement within QA department for efficiency on the execution of job
7. To review and revise controlled documents on periodic basis if there if any changes required ( Manual; SOP; WI; records; etc.)
8. To be well equipped with proper knowledge and skills on structured root cause analysis to establish effective response for any non-conformance.
9. Coordinate for completion and compliance of customer questionnaire; customer, internal and third party audit.
10. Assist on compliance of Sustainability standards requirements and conduct vendor audit as per annual plan in respect of Quality / Food & Feed Safety standards
11. Conduct periodic inspections and rectify if there is any deviation in terms Quality / Food & Feed Safety Management System
