JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
To develop, implement, and maintain the Food Safety Management Systems (i.e. HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000 etc.).
To monitor quality control processes in accordance with food safety standards and company policies.
To conduct internal audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify areas for quality-related improvements.
To liaise with regulatory authorities and certification bodies for food safety audits, certifications, and inspections.
To investigate customer complaints and non-conformance reports, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
To conduct training for production staffs on quality assurance policies, hygiene, and food safety procedures.
To collaborate with production teams to improve product quality.
To maintain records of quality control tests, audits, and certifications for documentation and compliance purposes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Possesses Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Biology, Life Science or equivalent.
Preferably with 5-8 years of experience in Quality Assurance role in a Food Manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, Halal Certification, and local Food Safety regulations.
Experience in conducting internal and external audits for quality systems.
Good problem-solving skills and communication skills to work cross-functionally.
