A pioneer in the manufacturing of latex products is looking for a R&D Assistant Manager to be in charge of the development of new products and opportunity to work in Japan or Vietnam.
Job Responsibilities

Involve in R&D innovation in the development of new product

Plan, design and formulate new products for the company; initiate and plan out the new product development timeline from project creation to realization in production

Plan and lead trial run for quality monitoring before commercial run

Evaluate new/existing raw material and packaging materials when necessary
Job Requirements

Degree in Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering or equivalent in any discipline

Min 5 years of working experience in Rubber Glove Manufacturer

Detailed-oriented, initiative and self-discipline

Meticulous and enjoy R&D works
