JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design automation processes tailored to the organization’s operational needs.
- Update and uphold Developer Standards in line with RPA best practices.
- Oversee multiple RPA projects, ensuring timely delivery.
- Manage daily RPA operations, including troubleshooting and related process matters.
- Document business requirements in BRD or FSD formats.
- Identify areas for internal process improvement and propose solutions.
- Lead digital activation projects, assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of digital channels
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferably, candidates should have 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Should exhibit a positive work attitude.
- Must be a quick learner and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
- Attention to detail is essential.
