Our client is a MNC in the FMCG (Beverages) industry. As part of their business expansion, they are looking for an experienced Sales/Business Development Assistant Manager from the FMCG (F&B products) industry. This position will support all aspects of the business development lifecycle, from opportunity identification through proposal developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepares Budget Report and Sales Report by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- To coordinate & perform Business Development order
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. To monitor / budgeted and accrue Trade Marketing Fund.
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Business Development sales operations work.
- Liase with 3rd party logistics or inbound process, warehousing and inventory management
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of Business Development and Sales within the FMCG industry.
- 5+ years’ experience for Business Development field.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Good negotiation and presentation skill.
- Independent and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
