COMPANY OVERVIEW
An established manufacturing company is looking for a skilled talent in marketing. You will play a role working with various stakeholders to support planning & execution of integrated marketing campaign/activities to drive sales growth.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals.
  • Manage and enhance the company’s digital platforms, including the website, intranet, social media, and email, to strengthen brand identity and online presence.
  • Ensure the website is regularly updated and optimized for SEO through collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Provide support on campaign performance analysis for business improvements.
  • Main coordinator of monthly social media content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of quality content
  • Support and execute brand strategies to strengthen our market position and enhance brand awareness. 
  • Ensure consistent, positive brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and communications to enhance corporate identity and mission across the region.
  • Support company’s public relations activities, including media relations and press releases.
  • Plan and execute brand campaigns, events, and initiatives that drive brand awareness.
  • Provide support to promote company’s commitment towards sustainability and corporate social responsibility (CSR) green initiatives. 
  • Manage corporate gifting to enhance customer engagement.
  • Act as the administrator of company’s marketing automation tool to manage the usage in the region and ensure usage optimization.
  • Provide support on quarterly advertising budget claims validation for submission to Japan HQ.
  • Provide support on company’s customer retention project.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the department/team manager to support the company's / division’s operations and activities to meet the evolving needs of the organization.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Marketing/Mass Communication/Business Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in similar capacity 
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and social media management platforms
  • Good working knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices, and marketing automation tool, such as HubSpot, will be an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Excellent written, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Highly initiative, meticulous, resourceful, creative and a team player
  • Proficient in MS Office and marketing/creative software
