Our client is a MNC in the fashion retail industry. As part of their business expansion, they are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager - someone who is able to lead the team in overall supply chain strategy, 3PL operations and inventory management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the company’s overall Supply Chain strategy to maximize the process efficiency and minimize the cost.
  • Manage logistics and distribution to guarantee timely and accurate product deliveries to all stores and end customers.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with third-party logistics providers and freight forwarder to ensure alignment with company goals and standards. 
  • Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing to optimize cost efficiency and service quality. 
  • Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate 3PL performance regularly.
  • Ensure the shipping process are in compliance with all applicable local customs, laws and regulations.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement among team members.
  • Develop and manage supply chain budget & costs including procurement, shipping, warehousing, distribution expenses.
  • Leverage technology and ERP systems to optimize the supply chain, including automated reporting.
  • Identify and mitigate potential supply chain disruptions.
  • Provide regular updates on supply chain performance and initiatives.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related disciplines 
  • At least 7 years of experience in full scope of Supply Chain Management, including Procurement, Shipping, Warehousing, Inventory, Distribution, E-Commerce and other related fields.
  • Good understanding of operating processes, business process standardization, and enabling technologies.
  • Strong team leadership skills and the ability to motivate, coordinate, and support team members.
  • Proficiency in ERP and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Willing to travel to local or overseas warehouses (10-20% of the time)
