JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle general administrative duties, office improvements, facilities and equipment maintenance, housekeeping matters, etc.
- Attend to phone calls, visitors and suppliers
- Manage office stationery and supplies
- Support IT assets maintenance and PC setup, troubleshooting, etc.
- Coordinate local & overseas shipment
- Assist to check and pack goods for shipment when required
- Assist in stock-take activity
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS Office software
- Possess good interaction skills and able to communicate with people at all level
- Strong coordination and multi-tasking skills
- Able to work fast pace environment and complete assigned tasks within schedules
