Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee functional financial accounting activities, primarily focusing on Accounts Payable, including the review of journal entries and reporting.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders' inquiries related to vendor invoicing and payments.
- Ensure the implementation of effective internal controls and compliance with GAAP, as well as international and local regulatory laws for financial and tax reporting.
- Maintain SOX compliance by adhering to internal control requirements, keeping documentation updated, and providing appropriate recommendations.
- Identify and address risks or fraud, implementing proper controls and solutions.
- Lead process improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives, along with other assigned projects and tasks.
- Engage proactively with stakeholders to resolve challenges, recommend solutions, and drive improvements when necessary.
- Coach and mentor team members, fostering cooperative and productive work relationships.
- Establish plans and objectives for the functional group and contribute to the overall goals of the Global Finance Center of Excellence.

- Qualified accountant (CA, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA), Degree in Finance/Accounting.
- Over 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, and reporting in the high-tech industry.
- Over 8 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in Ariba, SAP, automation projects, LEAN, 6-Sigma, or RPA is preferred.
