ABOUT THE JOB
Responsible for timely accounting and finance reports including consolidation of accounts, involved in financial management, reporting, and analysis, communicate with Senior Top Management staffs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIE
- Ensure all subsidiaries’ accounts are in order on monthly basis.
- Consolidate subsidiaries accounts.
- Manage subsidiaries’ sales cycle which includes managing salesman and account receivables.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Generate financial reports for management review.
- Monitor and analyze budget variances and provide explanations.
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity needs are met.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and sales, to gather relevant financial information.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 8 years' experience in accounting field.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Willing to work at KL centre.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, attention to detail, analytical skills, and effective communication abilities.
