A real estate company is currently looking for a Business Development role, looking for someone with strong feasibilities study background in real estate.
Job Description
- Conduct feasibility studies and prepare and evaluate business terms and agreements for potential investments, land bank development, joint-venture deals, retail and other opportunities.
Coordinate due diligence processes
- Facilitate the land acquisition process, including drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements.
- Work with internal teams such as cost & contract, project management, design & planning, government liaison, and finance to assess development potential and the feasibility of land parcels or business opportunities.
- Leasing and Commercial Activities
Key Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or equivalent, preferably with a leasing and commercial background.
- Proficiency in English communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- At least 10 years of working experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role within the property development industry.
