Key Responsibilities
- CNC Programming: Edit and interpret G-code and M-code for NC programs.
- Tool Management: Select and manage appropriate cutting tools for auto lathe operations.
- Machine Operation: Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot auto lathe machines efficiently.
- Process Improvement: Design and improve parts layout to optimize production efficiency.
- Cost Management: Analyze and implement strategies for cost reduction.
- Team Leadership (Optional): Lead and manage a small team (under 10 people) within the department.
- Swiss-Type Experience (Optional): Experience with Swiss-type CNC auto lathe machines is a plus.
Job Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in the CNC auto lathe industry.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Malay.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Willing to work in Kuantan, Pahang
