JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support corporate finance initiatives, encompassing IPOs, M&A advisory, and adherence to listing regulations.
- Manage corporate structuring endeavors.
- Assist in crafting compelling pitch books and mandates for prospective clients.
- Prepare essential documents such as Information Memoranda, Prospectuses, and Circulars for shareholders.
- Ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Maintain proficiency in pertinent guidelines and regulatory frameworks.
- Oversee thorough due diligence processes prior to regulatory submissions.
- Foster and strengthen relationships with clients and associates to ensure sustained business backing.
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies, registrars, legal advisors, and auditors for transactional submissions.
- Aid in the preparation of submissions to relevant regulatory authorities.
- Conduct comprehensive research on industries and companies.
- Assist in conducting financial analyses and related valuation work.
- Develop and compile client presentation materials and reports.
- Interface effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Undertake additional duties as directed by Management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possession of a Professional Qualification in Accounting is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Strong command of MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and adaptability are essential.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously are key.
Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills, coupled with strong analytical, problem-solving, research, and drafting abilities, are necessary.
