DESIGN & COST ESTIMATION MANAGER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the planning, budgeting, and building of projects including cold rooms and air conditioning/refrigeration facilities.
- Carry out a variety of computations, including "ventilation calculation" and "air conditioning load calculation," and creates precise drawings.
- Determine the overall budget using estimating work, and make sure that all design drawings adhere to all applicable safety, regulatory, and industry requirements.
- Collaborate closely with fellow team members and collaborate while receiving guidance from upper management.
- Create, evaluate, and offer technological solutions for commercial air conditioning systems.
- Create project proposals and cost estimates for project management and bidding.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry with design and cost estimation.
- Previously worked on projects involving cold rooms and air conditioning/refrigeration facilities will be beneficial if you have project experience in a related field.
- Strong communication skills.
