Company Information 

A healthcare company based in Singapore is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with a strong focus on lead generation to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company's products and services. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent analytical skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 

Job Responsibilities: 

 

Develop and Implement Lead Generation Strategies: 

  • Design and execute effective and comprehensive lead generation campaigns across various digital channels
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel effectively 
  • Develop targeted marketing strategies to attract and convert leads at different stages of the buyer's journey. 

 

Campaign Management and Optimization 

  • Design and manage campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring they align with business goals and deliver measurable results. o Create compelling and conversion-focused content landing pages, email campaigns, and social media posts. 
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders. 
  • Use insights from data analysis to optimize campaigns, improve conversion rates, and achieve lead generation targets. 
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance data to improve lead quality and conversion rates 

 

Content Creation and Optimization 

  • Collaborate and develop with the content team to create compelling content tailored to target audiences to attract and convert potential leads, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and webinars. 
  • Optimize content for SEO to enhance visibility and organic traffic. 

 

Data Analysis and Reporting 

  • Conduct keyword research and use SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. o Manage and optimize SEM campaigns to ensure high ROI and effective budget utilization. 
  • Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance and ROI. 
  • Conduct A/B testing and other performance analyses to refine and improve marketing strategies.

Industry Trend Monitoring 
 
Key Requirements: 
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing with a strong emphasis and focus on lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing).
  • Experience in B2B or B2C marketing
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc
