Finance Officer
A rapidly growing company in Kulim is looking for a finance officer to be part of their team. You will be a key part of helping the business to assist the accounts department in carrying out accurate accounting transaction, producing timely financial report and implementing proper accounting procedure and internal control.
Main responsibilities of the Finance Officer role
- Account Payable, Account Receivable & Cash Management
- General Ledger - Prepared and reconcile Monthly Balance Sheet Analysis report
- Monitoring Fixed Assets, CIP and Spare Part (CIP) movement - Additional, Disposal and relocation
- Update CIP payment estimation for Projection Cash Flow
- In charge of monthly inventory closing
- Company Tax Computation
- Checking & Verify Input & Output Tax Summary
- Finalized Subordinate inter-company transactions and prepared quarterly intercompany confirmation
- Coordinate with auditor during year end audit
Update online report request by Bank Negara (Foreign Currency Payment and Received)
