COMPANY OVERVIEW 

A solar Solutions pioneering in renewable energy sector is looking for HR & Admin Manager role. This person will oversee all human resources and administrative functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role involves managing recruitment, performance management, and compliance with HR regulations. Additionally, the HR Admin Manager will handle office management, financial administration, and insurance management, supporting the overall administrative needs of the organization.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

Human Resources:

  • Recruitment and Staffing: Oversee recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.

  • HR Administration: Manage payroll, statutory contributions, personnel records, and HRMS; ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Employee Claims Management: Review and process employee expense claims.

  • Performance Management: Implement performance management systems (KPIs, appraisals, goal setting).

  • Training and Development: Identify needs, design programs, and support career progression.

  • Compensation and Benefits: Manage salary structures, bonuses, and benefits.

  • HR Policies and Procedures: Develop and enforce compliant HR policies.

  • Compliance and Legal Matters: Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations.

    • Office Management: Oversee daily operations and manage office supplies.

Administrative:

  • Agreement and License Management: Keep agreements and licenses updated and filed properly.

  • Insurance Management: Update and renew employee and asset insurance policies.

  • Financial Administration: Coordinate with finance for payments and reimbursements.

  • HR Support: Assist with recruitment and onboarding supplies.

  • Technical Support: Manage office equipment, liaise with IT, and troubleshoot issues.

  • Company Secretary Coordination:  Ensure compliance with company regulations.

  • Communication: Coordinate administrative tasks with colleagues and partners.

  • Other Duties: As directed by the Managing Director.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, administration, or related field

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience

  • Detail-oriented and knowledgeable in SQL accounting systems

  • Preferred experience in project accounting.
