This position involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and administrative processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Job Descriptions:
Recruitment:
- Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
- Conduct new employee orientation and oversee onboarding procedures.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization's compensation and benefits programs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine competitive salary offers for new hires.
- Ensure compliance with compensation policies and budget constraints.
Performance Management:
- Implement and manage performance appraisal processes.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance-related matters.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.
Trainings and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
- Facilitate employee development initiatives.
- Support career development plans for employees.
Administrative Functions:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations.
- Responsible for maintenance and annual inspections of Company vehicles.
Job Requirement:
- 3 years and above in related experience
- Must be able to work in Kemaman office
- Must be able to communicate, read and write in Mandarin
