A food and beverage company located nearby to Kuala Lumpur is looking to hire IT Manager role to support them in their start up.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cooperate with the parent company and local partner companies to modify the wiring diagram, wiring work, and perform actual work in a situation.
- Propose revisions to the program that are inappropriate for existing programs according to the local Malaysian environment and rules, or modify them
- Serve as the main point of contact for personnel management systems, HR databases, comprehensive payroll systems, attendance systems, workflow systems, ordering systems, accounting systems, etc.
- Minimize costs while communicating closely with local vendors and related departments.
- Serving as the main point of contact for system failure reports from stores and employees, instructing on appropriate response methods, and returning to normal operating conditions
- Coordination with each person in charge based on data updates according to business hours at the time of new store openings and irregularities
- Local network management and network maintenance
- Propose and utilize new systems to improve operations, improve profit efficiency, risk avoidance, etc.
- Purchase of PCs, smartphones, multifunction devices, etc. at low prices, Implement appropriate management during operation
- Development and management of human resources who will be subordinates
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to maintain, manage, and modify existing systems in an appropriate state.
- In-house SE experience in the food and beverage and service industry is the most preferential
- Retail in-house SE experience is preferential
- Understand and can implement logical thinking
