MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Location: Gelang Patah, Johor Bahru
Lead the IT department.
Manage and oversee the IT resources and infrastructure in the Plant, by providing cost effective Solution.
Ensure that quality and timely IT support services are provided to internal users, regional and external users, which IT resources are effectively utilized and that users are trained and Supported. Liaise with vendors or/and regional IT team to address any escalation issues.
Develop and implement IT strategies in line with business objectives.
Execute Disaster REcovery Plan including backup and restoration procedure.
Prepare annual budget and forecast requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in IT, Computer Science or its equivalent.
more than 10 years experience in IT, with experience as manager.Experience in ISO 27001 information security management system in audits and compliance.
Good command of English both written and spoken.
