Mechanical Design Engineer
A leading provider of advanced leak testing solutions and equipment is currently seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their esteemed organization.
Key Responsibilities of a Mechanical Design Engineer:
- Responsible for mechanical equipment design.
- Develop solutions that meet or exceed customer specifications.
- Manage project modifications to fulfill customer requirements.
- Adhere strictly to project schedules and quality standards.
- Create detailed designs according to project requirements and standard sourcing.
- Promptly report project issues and delays to Mechanical Head & Project Manager.
- Explain machine drawings, functions, and key points during assembly.
- Support production with assembly, debugging, installation, and after-sales service.
- Provide technical support to technicians.
- Assist in setting standards for the Mechanical Department.
- Participate in project management activities.
- Mentor new engineers in project handling and mechanical knowledge exploration.
- Lead large projects and collaborate with other mechanical engineers to build machines according to customer requirements.
- Willingness to travel overseas for project discussions and information collection.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in precision parts or plastics manufacturing.
- Preferred skill(s): Inventor & AutoCAD Design Software
