Job Responsibilities:
- Support backend operations and manage alerts.
- Identify and resolve customer queries and issues.
- Assist with clearance and coordination for service technicians and delivery crews.
- Ensure smooth delivery and relocation arrangements.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project support or coordination roles.
Working experience with SAP System knowledge and good in Microsoft Office such as Excel will be added advantages
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices is a plus.
