Our client is an electronic trading company. Currently they are seeking candidates with at least 2 years of sales experience for the role of Air Conditioning Sales Specialist. This position involves targeting dealers and projects to promote their air conditioning products. The candidate will need to maintain relationships with clients, negotiate delas, handle customer complaints, ensure timely payment collection and prepare weekly and monthly reports
 
Location to work: PJ Uptown, Selangor 

Responsibilities:
  • To plan and execute day-to-day sales & marketing activities.
  • To be responsible for business development with existing and potential customers.
  • To source and grow sales channels, specifically the AirCond Specialist Network.
  • Negotiate and manage promotional activities with dealers & distributors.
  • Develop new accounts and business opportunities (B2B business opportunities)
  • To be responsible for service follow-up and ensure good business relationships.
  • To maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities.
  • Discovering and pursuing new dealers to sell ACS products.
  • Negotiating or closing deals and handling complaints.
  • To ensure timely payment collection.
  • To prepare weekly/ monthly reports by collecting, analysing and summarising information.
  • Perform any other tasks as and when required by management and superiors.
 
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,
  • Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree, in any field.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills to convince clients to accept our company solution and secure sales at the best possible margin.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word & PowerPoint,
  • At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
