JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and oversee design functions for all architectural works.
Review design input, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, validate output, and manage adjustments and alterations.
Planned and prepared project design program, including master timetable.
Assist in preparing Authority Submission Schedule and CF Inspection Schedule for each project.
Review, verify, and validate design output as per protocols.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
15 to 20 years of experience in a architectural construction projects
Strong knowledge of architectural design and UBBL compliance requirements
Expertise in AutoCAD and Revit.
