Qualifications for Facilities and Sustainability Manager
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or equivalent professional level experience
3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent related functions
Knowledge of OSHA and other environmental regulations
Knowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management
Knowledge of waste water treatment plant, chemicals, clean room and warehouse facilities maintenance and safety.
With ISO 14001 Certification
Job Description
To promote energy efficiency and energy conservation and assist in managing energy cost by looking into air compressor/ aircon usage or key significant consumption.
Project Management, coordinate with all the relevant departments and ensure that all deliverables meet the set expectations and deadlines.
Promote energy saving awareness with campaign/activities.
Assist in energy survey/audit and follow-up on corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with Malaysia energy regulation.
