Job Responsibilities
Answering customer inquiries about products, services, and company policies.
Handle and communicate with customers from domestic and international company.
Providing information on shipping options, costs, and delivery times.
Liaise with our company headquarters/Factories in Japan regarding products or materials samples.
Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and any changes in company policies.
Addressing customer complaints and finding appropriate solutions.
Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
Following up on customer issues to ensure resolution.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Documenting customer feedback and reporting it to relevant departments.
Handling customs and import/export regulations.
Job Requirement
Minimum 2 years of working experience in handling shipping operations or customer service management
Attention to detail in documentation and shipment processes
Able to work with minimum supervision
