Job Responsibilities:
- Inspect buildings and facilities to identify any issues related to structural, electrical, plumbing, or other systems.
- Create and implement preventive maintenance procedures for maintaining building infrastructure and equipment.
- Monitor systems performance and functionality, making recommendations for improvements or upgrades.
- Coordinate with external contractors and internal teams for repair and maintenance works.
- Ensure all facilities meet compliance with laws and regulations.
- Monitor consumption and manage efforts to reduce energy usage and cost.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling systems.
- Address emergency issues promptly and coordinate swift responses.
- Document procedures, incidents, maintenance activities, and keep an inventory of all building components and equipment.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience as a facilities engineer or in a similar role.
- Experience with AutoCAD, SAP, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of building process and construction principles.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Project management skills.
