JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In charge of maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of Plant Facilities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency (i.e. Chillers, Cooling Towers, Pumps, AHU, Compressor, N2 Generator, Plumbing Systems, Building Infrastructure etc.).
Ensure the integrity and safety of the building infrastructure, including structural, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all facility systems to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities as well as generate reports on system performance and maintenance needs.
Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance, repairs, and projects; negotiate contracts and monitor performance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Possesses Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Machine Maintenance or equivalent.
Have more than 5 years of experience in Facility Maintenance in Manufacturing industry.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Able to work and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiar with safety regulations and industry standards.
